SHIPPING
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order from our Hawaiʻi location (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer domestic shipping through USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery method, location and carrier.
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, with taxes and duties included at checkout. Please note that these fees are non-refundable once the package has entered the international territory. International orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse will be subject to return fees and restocking fees.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We accept returns that have been initiated and shipped back to us within 15 days of your order fulfillment date. All items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached. We do not accept final sale items.

Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund notification. Please note, banks may take up to 10 business days to release the funds back to your account.
We are only able to accept returns in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. When trying on clothing, please be mindful to avoid any contact with makeup, pet hair, etc. so that each piece is returned in the condition in which you received it. If an item does not meet our standards, we will contact you by email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
