SHIPPING
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order from our Hawai‘i location (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer domestic shipping through USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery method, location and carrier.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, with taxes and duties included in the shipping cost. Please note that these fees are non-refundable once the package has entered the international territory. International orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse will be subject to return fees and restocking fees.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
We accept returns that have been initiated and shipped back to us within 15 days of your order fulfillment date. All items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • We accept returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges for the same item.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged when an exchange is issued. This fee includes the cost of the prepaid return shipping label, which will be provided via email and must be used to return your item(s).

Refunds are issued within 2-3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. Banks may take up to 10 business days to release the funds back to your account. 

For exchanges, we aim to re-ship the item(s) within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. 

We are only able to accept returns in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. When trying on clothing, please be mindful to avoid any contact with makeup, pet hair, etc. so that each piece is returned in the condition in which you received it. If an item does not meet our standards, we will contact you by email.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
